The Hey Florida Political Committee is a 527 political non-profit organization operating in the State of Florida. We provide funding and resources to political groups across the state that might otherwise have difficulty obtaining them, whether due to size or geographic location.
We support organizations that promote truth, correct misinformation, and bolster political campaigns managed by these organizations. We seek to present public policies in ways that make sense to the average voter, enabling them to make informed choices at the polls. We support community engagement and efforts to elect responsive, inclusive leaders on a local level.
Providing organizational infrastructure and data-driven messaging, in addition to funds that enable these projects, our vision is a State of Florida where every citizen feels represented by their government.
We recognize that impactful political activity is not limited to population centers. All over our state, passionate volunteers, activists and candidates are doing their part to create change. Parties in rural counties get overlooked by state- and national-level political organizations. Their scope may be “too small” for consideration, or election results have been solidified as red/blue, so political funding is sent elsewhere, leaving them on their own for voter outreach and political messaging. The result is a disenfranchised base of voters who ask, “What’s the point of voting?”
We see things differently. As Floridians and Americans, we are all in this together, and real change can only come when we persuade voters who feel left behind that the issues they care about—and their votes on those issues—matter.
Donating to Hey Florida supports efforts all over our state, putting funds into the hands of organizations that will spend wisely on projects and messages that matter. If things are going to get better in the Sunshine State, we need everyone on board, working together towards a brighter future.
We seek to promote truth; correct misinformation; and create & promote messaging that defines the political parties. We provide tools for message delivery, infrastructure development, and Get Out the Vote Activities for all elections.
